Note: If the talent is a member of SAG-AFTRA, they must be based in San Diego for The Vakil Group to represent them

• Are not based in the US

• Are not US citizens, permanent residents or that do not have a valid work visa

• If the applicant is under 18, this application must be completed by a parent or legal guadian
